Founded in 2017, Wuhan Shuneng New Materials Co., Ltd. develops and manufactures functional coatings and passive fire-suppression materials in Wuhan, China.
Our product range includes hydrophobic and anti-icing coatings, electrical insulation coatings, corrosion-protection coatings, and heat-activated microcapsules and components. We support customers with material samples, technical information, application guidance and joint development.

Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, Huazhong University of Science and TechnologyProfessor and Doctoral Supervisor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. His research covers lightning protection and grounding, high-voltage equipment insulation monitoring and high-voltage insulation technology.
Chief Scientist
Prof. Yi Xie, PhD
Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, Wuhan University of TechnologyPreviously conducted postdoctoral research at the Korea Institute of Science and Technology and the Italian Institute of Technology. He has published more than 80 papers and holds eight granted patents.Research background

DSAN NEW MATERIALS' technical leadership has research experience in high-voltage insulation, functional surfaces, protective coatings and material integration. Product claims are kept separate from academic publication records.
Research directions include superhydrophobic and superamphiphobic surfaces, corrosion-protection and insulation coatings, radiative cooling and thermally activated fire-suppression materials.
